Tank Farm Construction
MIIG has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Walton Enterprises, a Houston Texas based Firm, for the construction of two Crude Oil Storage Facilities in Ghana and Ivory Coast.
The construction of these Tank Farms will be critical for MIIG, as the company seeks to expand its global supply and distribution of Crude Oil, particularly to Asia. These Tank farms will also help alleviate the Crude Oil storage problem, which plagues the West African Region.
MIIG has signed a contract to venture with PTI Groupe Amaos for the supply of 4000 affordable homes in Ivory Coast. In a Joint Venture agreement, the project is said to have an estimated cost of $320 million, over a 4-year span.
MIIG will serve as the technical partner in the Joint Venture, with the primary role of sourcing funds for the project. “We are currently in discussion with some of our financial partners from Dubai, Canada, and USA to come up with a hybrid financing option.
